25% of the tour cost is to be paid as registration. |

| 2. |
|
The balance is payable 15 days before the journey date. |
| |
|
|
| 3. |
|
Mode of cancellation: |
| |
|
|
| |
|
| i. |
|
Cancellation of air tickets/rail tickets as per rules of the concerned organization will be applicable. Rs.50/- per ticket will be charged as incidental expenses. |
| |
|
|
| ii. |
|
10% cancellation charges are applicable on confirmation of each booking. |
| |
|
|
| iii. |
|
25% cancellation charges is levied if cancelled within 30 days of the journey date. |
| |
|
|
| iv. |
|
No cancellation will be accepted within 7 days of the journey date and treated as no show. |
| |
|
|
| v. |
|
Holidays will not be counted as cancellation. |
| |
|
|
| vi. |
|
No cancellation will be accepted over telephone or verbally without proper evidence of document. |
|
| |
|
|
| 4. |
|
The organizer has the right to postpone or cancel the tour due to poor response/ natural calamities. In which case money will be refunded after deduction of necessary expenses. |

|
|
| 5. |
|
The organizers has the right to change the hotel at the last moment due to non-availability of the said hotels providing similar accommodation at an alternative hotel. |
| |
|
|
| 6. |
|
Triple rooms are usually larger than double rooms and the third bed is often a roll away cot put in a twin bedded room for the night. |
| |
|
|
| 7. |
|
The organizers are not responsible for any damage, personal loss, theft or accident during the tour medical facility is also not covered by them. |
| |
|
|
| 8. |
|
Veg/Non. Veg meals will be served subject to availability of the raw materials available in the local markets and during the long journey packed food may be served. |
| |
|
|
| 9. |
|
Tour cost/ itinerary are subject to changes and any hike in the fare/ air fare will be borne by the guest. |

|
|
| 10. |
|
Allotment of Railway berth depends completely on Railway Authorities. |
| |
|
|
| 11. |
|
Kaizen Leisure & Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Acts only as agent for the passenger with regard to travel. Kaizen Leisure & Holidays Pvt. Ltd does not manage or control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or any other supplier for services and therefore, assumes no liability for injury, loss or damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect in any vehicle or for any |

| i. |
|
The company will not be responsible and/or liable for any damage or loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company. (Force majeure v/s Majeure) |

|
|
| ii. |
|
No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid for the tour holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever. |

|
|
| iii. |
|
If the tour participant has any complain in respect of services provided by any of the contractor, the tour participant shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the tour manager of the company in order to enable the company to take up the matter with the said contractor. |

|
|
| iv. |
|
Any claim or complain by the tour participant must be notified to the company in writing within 28 days of the end of this Kaizen Travel Tour. No claim notified to the Company outside the period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability in respect thereof. |

|
|
| 12. |
|
In case of disputes, the jurisdiction of Kolkata High Court shall apply. |
| |
|
|
| 13. |
|
All tours are subject to laws of RBI/GOI. |
